Troll Warlord Strategy Guide
Starting off:

First before anything, assess the other team. Are there a lot of nukes? Are there a lot of disables? Am I probably going to be in an aggressive lane? Do they have squishy heroes? Who are their carries? Figure out what your item build is going to be. It might change as the game goes on but try to get an idea of what you want for now. You also want to look at your own team. If your team has a lot of invis or you have teammates that can mass disable, you probably want to opt out of Lothar’s.
Grab your starting items, and if there is a disabler on your team, ask him to lane with you. You don’t want to lane with an ally carry because you want all the last hits you can get. Competing for last hits means you will get less money. Remember, bot lane for Sentinel and top lane for Scourge are recommended.

Laning Phase:

Try to get as many last hits without losing a lot of HP or getting killed. Also, remember to look at the minimap for missing heroes. The last thing you want to do is die, even worse if it’s by the enemy carry.
Buy your Boots and then build them into Phase Boots when you can. If against spammers like Batrider get a Magic Stick. If you are unable to gank or you know that you will farm for the next 15 minutes or so, get yourself a Hands of Midas.

vs. weak lane: If your opponents have low lane presence, feel free to stand next to the creep wave and farm away. When they get far away from their tower, try to get a kill. Use Whirling Axes and then use Whirling Axes. Let your lane mate know when you are going to attack so they are ready to throw their spells at the enemy too.

vs. strong lane: You probably won’t be able to do anything for a while. Try to get as many last hits possible without losing too much HP. Use ranged form to last hit and if they are denying or harassing, change to melee form. You gain more exp from denied creeps and less damage from the harassment in melee form. Call for a gank or switch lanes with a teammate. If your team doesn’t help, just stay alive. If harassment is really bad, just stay in experience range (1000 AoE) when the enemy creeps die.

Early Mid-game:

If you at least have Boots and are level 5, then you can try to gank (much easier if you already have Phase Boots. Try to go for the squishy heroes or the enemy carry. You combo is:
Whirling Axes and let your allies throw their nukes and disables. Whirling Axes after all the disables are over (enemy will probably be dead by now) and continue to attack. Try to get the last hit.
If your ganks are unsuccessful, go back to farming. Try to get an empty lane that is close to your tower. Then try to keep creep equilibrium. If the other team is playing safe and you cannot gank them, go farm. Remember, you are still a carry and farm is important.

Finish your Phase Boots if you haven’t already and build a Bracer if you need some HP. Also, finish up your Magic Wand and go for a weapon to build up. If the enemy team has a lot of anti-invis or you don’t need Lothar’s, go for Crystalys. If they have an evasion hero or are going for Butterfly, go for MKB. If there are a lot of disables, go for BKB. Get the Ogre Axe first for some HP.

Mid Game:

Continue to gank when the opportunity arises and free farm when you aren’t ganking. Finish up your Lothar’s or Crystalys or whatever you’re making and your Janggo. After you get Lothar’s, you can even solo gank if you’re confident. Grab a Mask of Death If you got some extra money or want to take on Roshan. As always, try not to die and continue doing what you’re doing.
Roshan: If you want to take down Roshan for whatever reason, you can do it now because the IAS bonus from Battle Trance to the team and yourself makes it a piece of cake to kill him. Many people say that Troll should rush a Dominator, take an Ogre Magi and then solo Roshan but that limits your damage for ganks and it’s a lot faster when you have the help of your team and your Battle Trance.

Pushing: If you want some towers now is also a great time to push because of your Battle Trance and your team’s DPS.

Team Fights: This is the point in the game where team fights will be more common and push the game in either teams favor. Try to stay alive. Don’t be the one to lead your team into a fight, let your initiator do that. After the big disable goes down run in and use everything to get kills. Aim for their carry or most dangerous player. Never aim tanky heroes (unless they are close to death) because they take a lot of time to kill and are most likely not the most important person to kill. Always try to kill as many people as possible. If your team wins the fight, push.

If your farm is decent, you will probably finish your Buriza around this time and your DPS will skyrocket. Upgrade your Mask to Helm of the Dominator and dominate a Centaur Warchief or a Dark Troll for their disables or an Alpha Wolf for his Command Aura. If the game drags on, finish up your build with a Satanic.

Team Fights: These team fights are the most important. They can decide who will win the game. It is very important to stay alive in these fights. Tell your team to stay away from team fights when you aren’t there. When a team fight starts, do the same thing you did in the Mid-Game. Let someone else initiate and follow them after most of the disables are used. If you have an enemy carry that relies on autoattacks and doesn’t have MKB, save your Whirling Axes for them.

Buyback: After your build is complete, stop buying components of items because you probably won’t have inventory space to hold them. Only buy luxuries when you have enough money to complete the entire item. The rest of the money should be saved for buybacks.

Tusk – Dota 2 Hero Guide

Tusk – Dota 2 Hero Guide

Tusk also known as Tuskarr in DotA. As you all know that its the new increment in the DOTA 2 and he’s been serving the DOTA for about 12 months or so. Tusk in Dota 2 is a real difficult task to achieve. Tusk also has the ability to turn the battle upside down and guessing from his spells you can assume that there is Blizzard coming in the game-play of DOTA 2. You can check the complete guide below.

Dota 2 Tusk (Tuskarr)Dota 2 Tusk, Guide and Preview. Tusk (also known as Ymir, Tuskarr in DotA) is a Radiant/Sentinel strength hero. He’s is a mid-game hero with great ganking abilities for targeting single opponents  He can be played as a semi-carry and can be really effective against dominating/harassing carry heroes in against team. His first Spell is nuke and blocks Enemy path which doesn’t let anyone get away easily, the second skill Snowball does similar by rolling over and stunning the opponent. Tusk 3rd skill provides him a Snowstorm which slows down move and attack speed of opponents. Lastly, his ultimate Walrus punch provides critical hit and a massive slow. Tusk can be real pain if played rightly, his skills synergy make him a perfect ganker and fun-to-play hero.

Tusk Spell/Abilities Guide:
1. Ice Shards (Hotkey: E)
Tusk Ice Shards

Tusk compresses 5 shards of ice into a ball of frozen energy that damages all enemies in comes in contact with. If the ball comes in contact with an enemy hero or reaches its maximum range the shards are released, creating a barrier that lasts for 5 seconds.

2. Snowball (Hotkey: W)
Tusk SnowballTusk and any nearby allied heroes roll in a quickly growing snowball towards the target enemy unit. Any victims caught in the snowball’s path take damage and are briefly stunned; the final target takes 40 extra damage and 0.25 extra stun duration.

3. Frozen Sigil (Hotkey: G)
Tusk Frozen SigilTusk summons a Frozen Sigil by calling upon the deepest cold of winter. The Sigil creates a snowstorm which slows all enemy units within 600 range.

4. Walrus Punch (Horkey: R)
Tusk Walrus PunchTuskr prepares his mighty Walrus Punch; his next attack will do a critical strike and launch the victim into the air. The victim will be slowed upon landing and take damage.

Tusk Spell Build:
Level 1 – Snowball 1 Level 2 – Ice Shards 1
Level 3 – Ice Shards 2
Level 4 – Snowball 2
Level 5 – Ice Shards 3
Level 6 – Walrus Punch 1
Level 7 – Ice Shards 4
Level 8 – Snowball 3
Level 9 – Snowball 4
Level 10 – Frozen Sigil 1
Level 11 – Walrus Punch 2
Level 12 – Frozen Sigil 2
Level 13 – Frozen Sigil 3
Level 14 – Frozen Sigil 4
Level 15 – Stats 1
Level 16 – Walrus Punch 3
Level 17+ – Stats 2-10

Tusk Item Build:
As you may know, there’s is not a fixed item build for every hero in Dota, following are items that can be purchased on Tusk according to game situation.

Shoes for life: Power Treads / Phase Boots

Must have: Magic Stick / Magic Wand / Empty Bottle

Core: Armlet of Mordiggian  / Hood of Defiance

Attack & Damage: Stygian Desolater / Monkey King Bar / Assault Curiass

Survival: Heart of Tarrasque  / Black King Bar / Satanic

Tusk Strategy Guide:
Early Game:

Tusk shouldn’t start roaming at level 1. He is not a roamer like Vengeful Spirit or Tidehunter. He actually is item dependant, so he must also farm. In early game, try to have a strong lane control and last-hit creeps. With a well combo, you can dominate the lane with 2 melee heroes. DO NOT leave the lane. You shouldn’t start ganking for now. You should place wards to increase your teams map awareness. Check the hero synergy part for a strong lane combination.

Mid Game

This part is where you truly shine. (Shining Walrus. Kinda funny.) If you bought Boots, Bottle and Wand you should start ganking with your partner. You can also gank alone but it will not be very effective. Use Urn and Bottle to heal after ganks. Use Snowball to initiate and Ice Shards to prevent them from escaping. Finish with Walrus Punch. Your main role is not farming, but you can farm between ganks. It is important that you gank the enemy teams CARRYs. Killing Ezalor 10 times may make your score look good, but killing enemy Traxex 3 times will help your team more. Because Ezalor wont be a problem in late game, but Traxex will.

Late Game

In team clashes your main role will be to Area of Effect slow with Frozen Sigil and take a bit damage. Use Walrus Punch on the enemies carry to kill, or at least to disable them. If a clash is not going well, use Snowball to flee with your whole team (Target a neutral creep). This is an advanced technique, but if you can use Ice Shards to separate the team-mates of the opposite team, you will greatly increase your chance to win the clash. I will try to put an screenshot about that.

Replay Seeker v0.9

Replay Seeker v0.9

What's new:
Fixed some bugs related to detecting the replay
Now you don't need to press Enter to confirm the desired time entered in the textbox.
Added support for plugins.
Features:
You can change the speed of the replay from 1/32x to 31x or make it run "as fast as possible".
You can specify the position in the replay that you want to reach, and ReplaySeeker will quickly fast-forward replay to that position, pausing the replay when done and playing a sound (to notify you). Note that this works while Warcraft is minimized, which allows you to do something else during the process (like browsing the forums).
Rewinding is supported but by restarting the replay and then fast-forwarding to the specified position, so it's not an actual rewind. You can always check whether the replay will be restarted or not by looking at the "sync solution" field.

6.77c nerfs Nyx, KotL and Drow

6.77c released

In the latest version of Warcraft 3 DotA, Nyx and Keeper of the Light receive a nerf; Tranquil Boots get changed as well. It is not known yet when this will be ported over to Dota 2.

With this patch, IceFrog decides to nerf two popular competitive heroes, Nyx Assassin and Keeper of the Light. Drow Ranger's ultimate Marksmanship is also reduced in power; since she is not in Captains Mode yet, this will only affect normal match making. Rooftrellen's Living Armor receives yet another change - read the full explanation below:

* Tranquil Boots disabled speed reduced from 50 to 25
* Tranquil Boots heal increased from 170 to 250
* Tranquil Boots cooldown increased from 40 to 60
* Tranquil Boots heal duration increased from 10 to 20
* Illuminate manacost increased from 150 to 150/160/170/180
* Illuminate AOE reduced from 400 to 350
* Spiked Carapace duration reduced from 2.75 to 2.25
* Spiked Carapace cooldown increased from 14 to 23/20/17/14
* Marksmanship bonus is removed when there are nearby enemy heroes (instead of just being halved)
* Reduced Marksmanship enemy detection aoe reduced from 400 to 375
* Heaven’s Halberd's Disarm is no longer dispelled by Manta
* Living Armor damage reduction is now done for all instances of damage that reduce its charges:

Previous Living Armor Behavior: It would eat up charges from all damage sources, but only absorb some damage from heroes physical attacks

New Living Armor Behavior: Still eats up charges from all sources (including magic), but absorbs some damage from them as well

4. Fire Remnant (Active, ground target)

Xin charges himself with the energy to create a Fire Remnant every 30 seconds, with a max of 3 charges. Releasing a charge, sends a Fire Remnant that runs to the targeted point at 2.5 times your speed. Xin can use his secondary ability to dash out to each remnant's location, detonating them for AoE damage, and arriving at the one he targeted last. Remnants last 45 seconds or until you fuse with them. The remnant placing ability is limited by charges and not cooldown or manacost.

Remnant Charges: 3
Remnant Charge Replenish Time: 30 seconds
Remnant Duration: 45 seconds
Remnant Cast Range: 1500

The secondary ability lets you target a location closest to whichever Remnant you want to choose. Xin will then dash out going through each remnant, arriving at the selected remnant last. Each Remnant you go through causes it to detonate, dealing damage in the area around it.

Damage: 140/180/220
AOE: 450
Activate Remnant Manacost: 100
